SOFTWARE LICENSE, LEGAL INFORMATION AND LIMITED WARRANTY


This User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Daniil Kamperov ("author") for the software ("Classic Erosion") accompanying this document. By installing, copying or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, don't install the software and remove any already installed parts of it and any material you already produced with Classic Erosion from any data retrieval devices you stored them on.


1. Software License 

The author grants you the license to:  

 - use this software in its free mode, where using means that you do not use it in a business or for any commercial purpose

 - use it, after you registered/bought this software according to actual conditions of registration (see 4.), for any private, commercial or otherwise professional use that doesn't conflict with any other terms of this agreement


You may make additional copies of this software and run this software on more than one computer provided that you comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. For commercial use the number of computers that the Software may run on at any one time is limited by the number of Commercial Licenses.


You may freely distribute the demo version of this software provided following conditions are met: 

 - this license agreement must accompany the software

 - you do not charge any money for the software or its distribution without express written permission from the author

 - the software is not exploited commercially in any way

 - you do not give away any serial codes or means that circumvent the limitations of the free mode


You may further not:

 - modify Classic Erosion in any way other than its core functionality as an Terragen plugin allows

 - reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or isolate any parts of Classic Erosion or any related documents including, but not limited to, graphics, algorithms or code fragments

 - remove or change any textual or graphical information like labels or copyright notices


2. Copyright 

Classic Erosion is protected by Russian copyright laws and international treaties. All copyrights in Classic Erosion are owned by Daniil Kamperov. Terragen is a trademark of Planetside Software (planetside.co.uk). All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.


3. Disclaimer of Warranty 

Classic Erosion is provided to the user on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, usefulness and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The author does not warrant that the functions contained in Classic Erosion will meet your requirements, or that it is free of any error or that any bugs in Classic Erosion will be corrected. The user therefor takes the entire risk of using Classic Erosion and shall in no way claim the author's responsibility for any damages that arise out of the use or abuse, including but not limited to, misinterpretation of functionality of Classic Erosion. 


4. Registration

The actual procedures, terms, conditions and benefits of registration, ordering and/or buying Classic Erosion can be found on Daniil Kamperov's website (daniilkamperov.com) or be requested by e-mail to support@daniilkamperov.com.

Giving away serial codes or reverse engineering the registration scheme or otherwise taking action that infringes the terms of this license will be prosecuted.
